Manor Lords Guide ("this site", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what little data is collected when you visit, and why.
Information we collect
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data for every visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps — for security and performance purposes. We may also use privacy-focused analytics (currently Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals) to understand which pages are useful. We do not require an account and do not collect names, addresses, or payment information anywhere on this site.
Cookies & advertising
This site does not currently run any advertising. If we add Google AdSense or a similar ad network in the future, this section will be updated first, and — as with any AdSense-served site — third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
Affiliate links
Some links to Manor Lords or related products may in the future be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase after clicking through — at no extra cost to you. Any such link will be clearly disclosed at the time it's added.
Donations
The donate page links to a Stripe payment page hosted entirely by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your card details or other payment information — Stripe processes the transaction directly and is bound by its own privacy policy.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, uses the official Manor Lords wiki as a data source, and uses Stripe to process optional donations. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing any data they process.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies may affect some site functionality but the core content — tips, calculators, and the building atlas — will keep working, since none of it depends on cookies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — most likely when ads or affiliate links are actually added — the "last updated" date above will change too.
